product/service name that you are asking about.
That will make it easier to help you the best.
I sell many
different products, so when you send your email, please try to be as specific
about your problem as possible, including the
product name.
Always include
your full name and the email address you used to
order the product with so we can help you as
soon as possible if you have a problem with one
of your orders.
Most support
tickets are answered within a few hours of being
posted during the work week, and any tickets
submitted during the weekend will be addressed
as soon as possible on the following Monday.
