Always include your full name and the email address you used to order the product with so we can help you as soon as possible if you have a problem with one of your orders.

Also be sure to post your question to the correct category so your question can be answered as soon as possible.  If you post your question to the wrong category, it may take longer to get your answer.

Most support tickets are answered within a few hours of being posted during the work week, and any tickets submitted during the weekend will be addressed as soon as possible on the following Monday.
